We are hiring for a professional, well- polished Talent Acquisition Manager to sit in the Arlington, VA office. This role will report to and work alongside VPs and C- Suite level individuals. We are looking for someone help build our growing, dynamic team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the entire function from evaluating and identifying new talent pipelines, to defining new roles alongside hiring managers, to managing the first week on-boarding process for new team members.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Development of job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
- Vet, contract and manage third party recruitment partners
- Management of and continuous evaluation of direct sourcing opportunities
- Management of talent recruiting/acquisition budget
- Determining proper recruitment channels for each role
- Conducting initial interviews with all candidates
- Updating and management of candidate tracking software
- Providing weekly recruiting metrics to leadership
- Managing and communicating interviewing schedules
- Performing reference and background checks
- Cultivation of relationships with intern pipeline feeder universities to develop a stronger intern

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience as a talent acquisition manager or recruiter for
- engineering or other technical roles
- Strong professional demeanor comfortable with video, telephone and in-person interviewing
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Hive, Trello
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM- CP or SHRM-SCP certification
